Reservations
Advanced Reservations Required: Advanced reservations are required. Booking Page
Online Reservations: Online reservations are suggested and faster with secured payment processing.
Reservation Quantity: Customers can make reservations for up to 4 people.
Reservation Confirmation: A confirmation will be emailed to you with all details of your trip.
Reservation Reminder: A reminder will be emailed and text message will be sent 24 hours prior to your trip date.
Upon Boarding
Manifest List: The bus driver will check off names on the manifest list. As a back up, it is suggested that guests bring a printed version of email confirmation or show bus driver on mobile device if there is any discrepancy.
Seating: There are no reserved seats. First come first served. Guests with reservations will board first. Guests shall not block seats or deny someone sitting next to them.
Conduct: Guests must board the bus with care and respect for others. No pushing or cutting in line. If guests are misbehaving or disobeying, they will not board the bus.
Lost or Stolen Items: Magic City Casino, CTS nor the bus company are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Keep all personal items with you at all times.
Damaged or Towed Vehicles: Magic City Casino, CTS nor the bus company is responsible for damage, theft or tow to your vehicle.
SECURE ONLINE Payments
Online payments are safe and secure. We implement reliable security measures including encryption, tokenization and adherence to industry standards.
Reservation Payment: Credit Cards or Debit Cards Only. No cash. For safety reasons we will not be accepting cash on board.
Cancellations
Reservation Cancellation: Reservation cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to departure time of trip.
Request Cancellation: To request a reservation cancellation, you can either call the reservations number or submit a request online. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to departure time of trip. Cancellation Refund Process: Once a cancellation request has been submitted, an administrator will review and process the refund. A final cancellation / refund confirmation will be emailed to you.
Operator Cancellation: In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, a refund of the full amount will be issued.
No Shows: Not eligible for refund and will be charged full price.
Cancellation Policy: This cancellation policy applies to all Magic City Casino Express trips. No refunds or credits are available once the trip date/time has past.
